Guilt - we've been given two amazing gifts:
- We were cleansed of sin
- We've been filled with The Spirit of Life
Rather than give something up, I hope to be able to spend more time in praising Him.

Smoking tobacco in my pipe. I switch to non tabacco (not weed, but rosehips, mallow and other herbs) mixture. On my list of maybe's are the usual coffee, chocolate
