What Ignorant Irony...
When the Republicans chose a "Santity of Life" issue in the early 1800s, basically that blacks were created equal and not 3/5th human as confirmed by the Democrat controlled Supreme Court and Dred v Scott decision, they set purpose to free them from slavery; they did so at the cost of their own lives, risking the Union, upsetting the balance of power (President Lincoln refused to accept Dred v Scott), and putting God's natural law before any man made law.
To counter this, the Democrats of the south made up stories about the the Northern Republicans and fed the lies to the slaves in order to illicit their fear of northerners. Lies that included everything...except the truth.
Democrats are still at it today...Playing the Master.
Todays modern Plantation is the big City...Ghetto's are the new slave quarters...Welfare the new deal...abortion the control. An like the 1800s, blacks are still being told that the big bad Republicans are still coming to eat their children. Still telling the blacks that without the Democrats they can't survive.
Democrat's continue to say...How can you feed yourselves without our welfare, cloth yourselves without our handouts, take care of your health without a national health system. Let us educate you, cram you into affordable housing, shelter you from the big bad wolf, and make sure you don't have too many children that will overburden you.

Capital Letters Make Us Right!
The true irony of it all being that the "3/5" rule was initially a compromise to limit the power of the "slave states" by keeping their House seats (based on population) lower by not counting slaves as much as free persons toward the states' population counts.
I hope they all climb the fence and make a run for the front door. I am laying 5 to 1 they wont make it.
I hope its Vidoe taped it should be fun to watch.
