Huh? You mean I missed the Olympics? Somehow I didn't feel that I missed anything.
Ditto. I never watch them and couldn't care less.

FYI, NBC won't even get around to showing the ceremonies to about 8:45pm on the West Coast.

I gotta thank you too Howlin, these threads have been great. Next time tho, you gotta push the CBC channel........Their coverage is about the athletes, the games and their personal lives, not about the broadcasters.

Holy cow ... glad I missed it. And it was really disappointing. WWII is one of my favorite subjects, and I was ready to hear this man's heroic story. But I honestly don't remember hearing that story. All I remember was that he was a victim of racism. :-/

LOL, you're not dreaming. I'm switching between the Olympics and Dancing with the Stars and talking to family who are besides themselves with the outcome thus far.
I missed the intruder who apparently said "Passion Lives in Torino" -- huh? Perhaps a secret message to a love interest?

Japanese athletes coming in to "That's Amore."
And now we are getting a rerun of the Japanese skater's performance.

I am such a moron. I was watching the Japanese girl waving and thinking, "What is wrong with her hand????"
Then I realized she was holding her glove.

It sounds like a tribute to Dean Martin with all the songs they are playing done by him. Dean Martin, a kid born in Stubenville, Ohio.
