There is a conservative entertainer on radio who submits that there are Democrat talking points and this host goes to some length to demonstrate that similar presentations are beyond simple coincidence.

Today's events on the forum, tied to events yesterday in San Jose, are an able demonstration that a similar pattern exists inside the CRP. Those talking points were developed in anticipation of the conservative revolt. Those talking points were released yesterday in San Jose and all the party's spokesman are on cue today.

What is striking about events today on the forum is that both FO and DL were on the same page; introduce the talking point, add a big lie to support that point and then work furiously to suppress any free exchange that might reveal facts in opposition.

Duf used the same technique yesterday in San Jose. Talking point, lie, and suppression.

Coincidence? I think not.

Yep. They have to teach all the troopers on proper arguments and what to say and how to "quell" dissent. Why on earth don't they try to "quell" the leftist moves of the administration? It looks like some of our resident GOP accounts have been spending too much time in class and not enough time talking to real voters.

Did you read the description of the classes in "How to talk about illegal immigration"? It's in the last 5 paragraphs of this article:

McClintock Tries to Rally GOP Support for Governor

...the convention's biggest draw was a seminar on "the language of illegal immigration" by GOP pollster Frank Luntz.

He said Republicans should say "temporary worker" instead of "guest worker," because being a guest suggests there is no deadline to leave. Never use the phrase "English immersion," he said, because ordinary people won't understand it. He cautioned against punishing the children of illegal immigrants and said "the Latino moms will embrace" naming English as the official language.

(snip)

Luntz said that on a number of illegal immigration questions, "no group is more hostile … than Arnold Democrats" and suggested engaging in a debate on immigration. "This is the political answer in how to make the Republican Party the dominant party in California," he said.
