Now the Iranians need to throw their "religion" out too. It's the only way to make Persia great again.

This doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me. The IRI regime is not and has certainly never been pro 'Persian'. Since its arrival, IRI has attempted to destroy and sabotage everything and anything that is/was associated with 'Persian' culture in an effort to Arabize Iran. The examples are numerous. Why all of a sudden do an ethnic cleansing of Arab Iranians??!!
Does it have anything to do with Khuzestan and its oil fields and its strategic position next to Iraq? I'm thinking IRI is anticipating some altercation with British and U.S. troops around Khuzestan and hence trying to minimize any potential uprising by Arab Iranians in favor of the other side.
