Exactly, this is not news. I live in St. Louis, MO. This is news if you consider the following to be news: "The new automobile is putting buggy factories out of business". Here, in 2000, the man who successfully sued to keep the polls open past the mandated time was later identified as a dead guy. I am not kidding. ON top of that, MO actually voted in a dead guy. Not kidding again. We like our dead, and give them all the rights of the living.
