That's a weak argument. If my favorite restaturant is Moroccan, the incense will be welcome. If I work at a smokehouse, the grill will be welcome.
And, in some well-equipped restaurants, smokers are welcome in the smoking section. Why should THESE restaurants be punished for their ability to take care of their smoking patrons, just because some can't do it effectively?
And, by the way, I don't smoke. So I don't eat at places that don't do a good job of separating me from the smokers. But I don't see why I can't simply continue to vote with my dollars, instead of letting a heavy-handed government "care for me".
