Turn your O2 bottle upside down; better yet, ask your gas supplier why you shouldn't.
I don't think that would be neccesary. I have used them on their sides while working in the field fixing bull dozer blade bushings, and cutting on all kinds of dangerous stuff. Still, after 17 years, have'nt seen 'em explode. I'll bet you would all get nervous... cigarettes around acetylene, propane, acetone,paint,toulene you name it. We have to get the job done, no time for P.C. Crazy 'ol welders, and mechanics anyway!
