bought children who had been abducted from their families and sold them to welfare homes in Hengyang for about 4 000 yuan (R3 800) each.

The social welfare homes then had the infants adopted by foreigners who made "donations" for the adoptions.


If you can't find anyone in the above who needs prosecuting and executing well I can't help you........
