Actually, now that I think of it, hillary might have a hard time pulling the dynasty card since she would also represent a dynasty--12 or 16 years of clintons.
Not that that kind of contradiction bothers the MSM. They would just bash one side and cover for the other. But they might have a hard time doing it.
She wouldn't level that one herself. Oppo people and 527 like MoveOn would play that card. She'd disavow that argument while the Dem dogs would bark it in the background.
