Looks like a lot of people hanging around and a handful of people going nuts in front of the camera and some holding signs that are a bit of exaggeration. Disgraceful people, but not all that chilling, imo.
It isn't just people "hanging around", rather they are chanting along with the ringleaders.
No biggie, just another "peaceful demonstration."
