I am not the person who implied that Clarke tipped off the UAE. I implied that the 9/11 Commission covered Clinton's backside in general, and anyone who has read the book or paid attention to the hearings pretty much understands that.
I think the existence of any 9/11 Commission must have been predicated on an underlying agreement among the Democrats and Republicans in Congress that neither the Clinton Administration or the Bush Administration would get trashed.
