Do they have any facts to back up their arguments? Or are they, like 99% of the people who oppose the deal, dealing from pure emotion?
Facts are perception. I am telling you what I have heard from who I have talked to about it, around ten to twelve peopel. About 2/3 are against it and most even those supporting it and GW think it has been handled badly.
As for myself, I have misgivings and the more I read about it on both side the deeper they get.
