Bush has been resolute on the war on terror.

I am willing to believe him more so than the Chucky Schummer or Hellary clinton crowd.

Yes but look at the entire lineup. On the one side you have the President, the Department of Defense, the Department of Homeland Security, the U.S. Coast Guard, General Tommy Franks, Colonel Ollie North...what do any of them know about the middle east, national security and terrorism?

On the other hand you have Chucky Schumer, Anne Coulter and Michael Savage, all of whom are considering experts on everything.

The Dems are about politics. If they could campaign with W, they would. As it stands, I disagree with our beloved Fred Barnes who last night remarked that the extent of Republican aversion to the President surprised him. I think it's more that these Republicans in Congress are in trouble politically. But the second they start their actual campaigning, I am convinced that all of these Republicans will want to be seen with the President and even better, have hiim campaign for them.
