We ship 10 times as many as we have out of the country. Just a SWAG based on the numbers of processed each year from this article, approx. 7,600 ships. Must be more than that if it's making it to the top two products. Amazing.

I do believe post #2 on this thread was pretty succinct and on the mark.

Again I think we are getting some hype from somewhere. Wonder if we are getting some smoke blown with with the facts.

Actually, I'm leaning towards supporting the Dubai deal - since it looks like the UAE is a far more important strategic ally than most of us knew just a few days ago.

But the information you posted at the start of this thread implies Nuclear Reactors flow through these ports like Toyota's. Why would you want to make that false impression if you actually think the deal is legit? And with regard to the Newsday report...North Korea publishes less biased news articles. Here is the sub-headline...."White House says Bush was unaware of pending port sale, but legally required review was sidestepped." And then here is the very first sentence of the article..."The Bush administration put a Middle Eastern firm's deal to run U.S. seaports on a fast track to approval by sidestepping a legally authorized 45-day review" OK. Was it legally "required" or legally "authorized"? This stuff is trash, and your stuff usually isn't. What gives?
