Absolutely, but that specific poster seems to be of opinion the deal will be killed because 54% at the time the post was made objected. It's a silly argument to make, but one easily dismissed just on basis I've followed the poll and watched it steadily diminish. Even as it is worded. I've witnessed opinion on the board shift. Shuld JR run it again, that poster won't have the same results and really shouldn't rely on the false security of current results largely registered early on for an argument.
