Judgemental simply means someone in the act of judging. It gets a bum rap like the word discriminate. You do not discriminate when you are being judgemental about legitmate concerns - you are being smart, discriminating, and judgemental.....all good things.

yes... sloppy use in the vernacular has transmogrified the valid denotation of "discrimination" into a synonym for "bigotry"

Yes, but judging means something quite different in regard to Myers-Briggs. It means that you have to make a decision and act upon it, not just merely the act of discriminating. And, I should know - I am a very discriminating person.
