OMG! She doesn't make any sense - and why doesn't she use a tissue to clean up her nose instead of her hands, yikes. This is hilarious.
Solution: eliminate government involvement in schools at all levels, K-12, college, grad schools. No Federal, state or county bureaucrats or related taxes on income and real estate. All schools should be private. Sell the schools to private education companies, creating a huge new industry. Parents and students decide where to spend their money. Competition among education companies would insure quality and value. It's called capitalism.

She's always trying to adapt someone else's mannerisms, because her own are so off-putting. For a while there she was Sharon Stone. In this video, she reminds me very much of the televangelist Joyce Meyer. I think she"s been casting about for someone charismatic to emulate, and Joyce Meyer has a very engaging style. Unfortunately, on Hillary it just looks strange and unnatural. The odd thing is, if Hillary's agenda were not so scary, her persona would be bearable.
Hillary goes quietly nuts.
As she tries to control herself, you keep waiting for a Men in Black moment: Her neck flies opens and a tiny alien begins to speak.
"Tell me how are we going to make those choices?"
Get rid of public education is a start.
