You are correct about goaltending. That's where championships are won and lost.
But, like I told my kids, it seemed like I was watching an old-timers game.
Modano, Chelios, Geurin, Gomez and several others, IMO, are not who we needed in Torino.
We should have gone with younger players, instead of popular names.
To quote Herb Brooks, "The name on the front of the jersey is a hell of a lot more important than the one on the back!"
