There is for me an issue of fundamental fairness in all this. We have to be able to come to a point where we can live with these people. Not to acquiesce, not to capitulate, but to come to some sort of arrangement. The alternativea are a never ending war or we have to kill every man, woman and child of the Muslim faith. I for one do not wish to even think we would have to go to a final solution. There has to be a way.

After all that has happened in the last 10 years, I no longer believe that Islam, moderate or not, is just a quaint little religion with a few little quirks.
I don't trust any Islamic country to be in loop at any level on US National Security.
I wouldn't want the Russians, or the Chinese, or the French running our ports as well. They are not our mortal enemies, either, at least not at the present.
