Republicans like me.I suggest you wait a few days and see just how many "Republicans like you" still feel the same way.
As people are finding out the facts, they're changing their minds.

"I suggest you wait a few days and see just how many "Republicans like you" still feel the same way. As people are finding out the facts, they're changing their minds." And who's feeding us all these "facts", White House spokesmen? This Republican finds out the facts himself, and the more I find out the worse this thing looks.
All I've been hearing from the WH is more and more b.s. about how great an 'ally' the UAE is. This is news to most people who know about the UAE's track record of recognizing terrorist regimes, helping to finance al Quaeda through their internal, corrupt banking system, and still refusing to even recognize our best middle east ally, Israel. If Clinton approved this outrageous deal with the UAE, the bushbots would be crucifying him from pillar to post, and rightfully so. Bush's Pride is splitting the party.

Bingo..I'm with you....in fact, it may work out brilliantly from a PR and political point of view as well ...but I'm still withholding MY final judgment till ALL the facts are out....( but it is enlightening to see that the Libs haven't completely cornered the market on "Knee-Jerks" who scream....Facts?....Facts!..we dont need no stinking facts!)
