UAE is about out of oil and plan on being a player longer term in world economics. They are the first ME country to step up and be forced to quit sucking at the oil teat and gain competence. I did not know much about them, but the more I research, the less opposed to them I become... well Dubai in particular.
what does your reply have to do with the idea that if DPW really wants this deal to go through, they should be willing to adhere to some stricter security requirements?
