Perhaps the Dover Schools should turn around and sue the guys who pushed the policy on them. (I don't remember who came to Dover to push the idea; it may have been Discovery Institute.)I think it was actually the Thomas More Law Center who was shopping the case around.

I think it was actually the Thomas More Law Center who was shopping the case around.They were the main ones and should be held at least partially liable. The DI ducked and ran when they saw the case was a sure loser.
