You know, when Kalifornia started to really suck - politically (mid 80's) - I moved to Texas. To my knowledge, there is NO LAW that keeps 'Scott' from getting the hell out of Minnesota.
I think that Scott stays in Minnesota to fight the good fight. Some believe that Minnesota is getting redder.
