The UAE, along with our other "Allies" in the region, want to have it both ways. Their government wants our business, and their people want to give us the business. It's no secret that these governments are playing both sides; Fraudi Arabia has been teetering on this line for years. They tolerate us only so long as they feel they need our help to stay in power.
