OK, allow the congress to investigate the companies records with a 45 day review allowance.I wouldn't trust congress to investigate anything beyond the natural flow of ketchup or the meaning of the 'at the end of the day'....
Those fools grandstand more for the next election than they do for our economy or our security......

It appears to be the closest thing to a possible concession Bush may go with on this one. In 45 days there maybe something that even the administration hasn't seen that crops up from congress? After all, they are good at throwing mud and seeing what sticks.
