Don't kid yourself. It happens all the time. You think convicted killers won't kill just because their new victim pool only consists of fellow inmates?

I said "regulary". And I don´t think that this possibility is sufficient to kill a one-time murderer. Also, my point taken, that deterrance doesn´t work any better with capital punishment than with life imprisonment is still unchallenged. You may have other reasons to support the death penalty, but deterrance is no reasonable argument.
I posted this because it was said "What a great message to future murderers" or so on this thread.
