I think you will find that Bush's veto threat will be what turns this issue on it's head. The Republican Congress will not dare override the President on this. Not during an election year. I want to see people like Santorum or Frist hit the campaign trail after voting against Bush on this. Yeah, that will work. Bush just bitch-slapped Congress, and they know it.

don't be surprised to see speaker pelosi and majority leader reid then. this one has legs. because the story is not over, more will come out, the dirty laundry about the UAE lobbying specifics is going to come out eventually. and the individual port authorities in these cities are not going to roll over.
