Would we have allowed them to run terminals at our ports during WWII?
I don't think so. Patriotism was too strong to allow that. People weren't so self concerned. Arab Golden Parachutes didn't trump national security back then.
The people actually "running" the terminals will be Americans who get a paycheck from a Company run by Brits whose ownership changed to Arab. I'm holding my fire until I learn more and better understand exactly what these Arab's could actually do that could concern us.
