Hi thanks for posting the thread. From what I heard President Bush say about it today. I lean towards supporting it.
I know that the Dubai based co. won't have anything to do with security. They will, however, control shipments of our military hardware and will have access to a whole bunch of stuff (schedules, information gathering opportunities re. Home Sec, etc.)
It does nothing to improve Homeland Security at all...plus, and I don't want to sound racist, but the UAE are the same crowd that still call for the destruction of the State of Israel and their ties to Hamas are unclear. Too many unanswered questions.
