Actually, I think this all has something to do with the unions. I'll bet if we do a little research that's what we'll find.

The other possibility is that the Chinese company that lost out on the bid to buy P&O may be stirring this up through their friends in the democrat party.

I vote for the Chinese causing trouble. Apparently this company has very good relations with the longshoreman's union.
