Well since you are so happy about the media hysteria, please tell me your "solution". Is it a huge new govt. beauacracy with the union goons having another trough to gorge?

Me, DPWorld is a world leader and has recruited some of the best western and US talent, add a few more security measures and I would trust them running container facilities rather than a new govt. beaucracy that will be at the mercy of communist union goons.
Dane, I don't have a solution. I am not that knowledgeable on the port business. I worked in the shipping business for many years (but it was air). CFIUS should not have handled this as any ordinary transaction. There should have been more input from state governments. It would have been held up the deal, but it would not have come to this. I hope you are right, Dane. I am sure they are competent, but .. I'm not going there again. I'm done.
