The sale wan't a set-up; it was a corporate business deal done in the UK. The review and approval, though, seem somehow to be done in the way to embarass the administration the most, and seem to be coordinated with the democrats. THAT is what I am suspicious about.

Do we know who exactly owned the UK company and who the big shareholders are??
If Congress complains too much about this...they need to be reminded that it was THEY that voted to take any oversight of this process AWAY from them....and to the group that DID approve this deal...
This is one of the problems with Congress...they always rush to make new laws to "fix" something they don't like...but a lot of times, down the road, find out that the "fix" was not so hot!!
