Off subject:
Is anyone familiar with Malcolm Gladwell books? My boss put one on my desk and advised we all have to read it. I told him I only read books on Islam!

Not really, I think they are sort of about statistics, etc. But his picture was in Wired Magazine and I was very surprised, he looks like the typical High School geek. I have no idea how old he is, but he looks about 17 in the picture. Which is nice for him, I guess.
Tipping Point is excellent, I'd recommend as a quick read. I haven't read Blink but I read enough about it to get the gist.
