The Constitution did not imply rights were to be extended to THE ENEMY. And Islam has and is proving itself to be the archenemy of the West, as well as of Israel. Only the namby pamby to militant liberals would interpret the Constitution to include their political heros bent on destrying the country at any cost.

Exactly right. However, having killed the attacking lion, I do not go and kill all lions. I kill only those that attack me. Lions are majestic creatures and have a role to play in the world.
