Well, we 'rehabed' the Japanese. It only took two relatively crude nuclear weapons dropped on major population centers and then 15 years or so of occupation.

They had Shinto and Bushido as national religions. They still have them but they've been pretty well put back where they belong, that is out of their national politics.

I recommend we do the same with Islam. Our nukes are far more efficient now, and our aiming very precise. All we need to do is reduce that black rock they dance around to radioactive dust. Then we announce that for every terror attack on any Western target we reduce another 'holy city', say Medina or Qom, the same way.

Then we occupy their cities, kill off their leaders or try them for crimes against humanity, and replace every single 'imam' who ever utters the word 'jihad' with someone who someone who actually gives a shit about his people.

We did it with Japan, Germany, and Italy. I have no doubt we could do it again if we had the political will.

Sadly, I fear that as a nation we no longer have that political will and so the slaughter of innocents will go on and on and on....
