Oh...I should have replied to Yaya...my mistake! Yaya commented that his hairstyle was disturbing, and I noticed it has changed from his usual "executive" hair.
My personal opinion is that he is trying to look like Wendell Wilkie, the last presidential candidate from Indiana, who was a Republican running against Roosevelt.

Thank you, M. M., for the explanation. You had me confused because......... if you look at that picture of Evan Bayh, bayh the way, if you could imagine a younger Alan Simpson .................. Alan may have looked much like that picture of Evan Bayh (in black and white of course).
