That is very commendable. Please tell your husband thanks from a vet, long time ago, different war.
LOLOL........those folks at CNN would really have some eff words to throw around.
I think he is a decent man.
There are plenty of things I disagree with Dobbs about, but he made me like him when he blew up at the clintonoid executive at CNN for forcing the control room to cut away from his show to cover a 100% political speech of Clinton's live back in the 90s. He ended up walking away from the network in the resulting fight and he built his own startup dealing with what he thinks is the next big industrial revolution, space. It still exists as SPACE.COM. I like that, too, as I'm a big space nut.
I forget who the clintonista was but he got forced out some time later and the new management brought back Dobbs.
I also think he's a decent man. Of course, I also think that of Harold Ford Jr. and the late Daniel Patrick Moynihan. I still don't agree with their positions and actions most of the time, though.
Teddy (the swimmer) Kennedy
Orca is running unopposed for his senate seat.
Were you the one that posted that if "orca" wants Hillary to win Iowa...she will win???
I was wondering when I saw that post...because I remember how Teddy stuck his neck out for Kerry...even going to Kerry's house the night of the vote...and it turned out bad..
Do you think maybe the days of Teddy's influence is over??
FACTS ARE FACTS but it would seem that the intention is to ramp up the hysteria based on ignorance or deliberate misinformation.
It's no wonder Dean can't raise a dime.
Thanks!
Thanks -- I feel stupid (blush) -- so obvious.
Thank you!
People afraid to run against him?
NO problem here we are all on the same side. For me the key is to keep the rat/media from setting the playing field each and every news cycle. We can and should control our own destiny.
and you replied at 1:17:26
Great point rodguy911. The media does hate it when we control the playing field. We should do more of that too.
How the hell do you keep up with this thread like that? It's now after 4 PM and I'm just up to these posts. It's NOT FAIR!!!!
By the way, rodguy911's point is 100% why I participate here, particularly in this thread and is why I started the preview thread. I think we are having an impact. I want to get serious about making us even more effective.
Drive safe MNJ.
That was not predictable.
Al of Arabia, Ali-Baba and the 40 Thieves, Osama Al Bin Gore-den

or even Al of Conoco - that little factoid never gets mentioned.
This illustrates that ports worldwide are looking at cargo and making sure it is stopped before it leaves the port of departure not seized at the port of entry because that maybe too late.
@@@@
This is the very point, snugs. The worldwide transfer of goods cannot be examined like a bunch of suitcases after they get where they are going. There have to be systems in place that are monitoring cargos, etc on a very macro level, with modern technology.
On my preview thread I have links to the contact info, whether email or comments page, for all of the Sunday shows. I think I'm going to expand on that, based on your post, and create myself a boilerplate reply for people who post things that are particularly insightful, relevant or just plain good. I'm going to start assembling a list of important contact links, such as Congress, state legislatures, the White House and other parts of the Executive Branch, various parts of the news media, etc. Whenever I get to a good post I'll use that to prep a response suggesting "you should send this to x, y and z" and include the links.
