I'm not certain why you are referring me to post #39. Is it the quote from the mother where she says two doctors recommended it for health reasons? That could mean anything or nothing. She could have taken him in for his yearly check-up and the doctor could have said, "By the way, your son isn't circumcized, you know, it's healthier for him to get it done." The article doesn't give any clue that the boy was actually having health problems.
