Traditionally war has always settled thses kinds of disputes to the satisfaction of the victor....seems kind of weird someone would expect satisfaction from both parties without a good fight.
Even more stupid is when self-proclaimed "prestige" group is ordering to sovereign nations and UN councile mambers what to do.
Weeeery stupid.
If I was Serbian negotiator, I would say
"Ask for anything BUT succession, ang you will get is, otherwise, Ill settle dispute with troops, and impose solution. It is up to you to decide"
