Beckel is a snake in the grass. Don't be fooled by the mellowing bit. He is just trying to gain a foothold into Sean's massive audience.

Sean is doing a great job for us. Try and fill four hours of air time a day and see how hard it is.

He does not in the least deserve the rancor he often gets on FR and from others. Nobody works harder for us than Sean Hannity.

Beckel was an official in Jimmah Carter's administration. All of his credibility would fit in a snail's belly-button.

I listen to Sean, in small doses. Rush is still the best. I like the fact that he rarely has guests on and when he does, they are high profile e.g. VP or Sec Def. No one,IMO, has the sharp satire that Rush has, while being on point.

I tried to listen to alfranken but after 10 minutes, had to shower. Absolute foul mouthed hatred, vile, bile and factless. If you listened for an entire show, your brain would turn to kimchee.

Yes I know he works hard for us, I just don't like the sanctimonious tone of his, and there is that tone whether you feel it or not. I know dozens of conservatives who can't take his overly righteous tone, just think how it sounds to the other side. That tone of his serves to energize the opponent.

But I appreciate his work.

As one FReeper once said of him:

"Sean is sincere, good-hearted and well-intentioned; and he is enthusiastic - to say the least - about what he believes. He does have a message to communicate and he does not over-intellectualize; so his message is on-target for many who are in the throws of Liberal-induced pain and do not know the antidote; and they don't have time for a philosophy lesson to figure it out."

I just know he'd be even more influential with the folks we need if he cut out the righteous stance.

"Sean is doing a great job for us. Try and fill four hours of air time a day and see how hard it is. "

That's pretty much how I feel about Sean.

I agree he comes across too smarty-pants brat sometimes, but I try and imagine how it would be to be down in the gutter battling liberals everyday, and I'm darn glad there's SOMEONE with the stomach to do it at all, albeit imperfectly.

I really don't like to hear Democrats but I still appreciate Hannity, and all the other conservative radio talk show hosts. Where would we be without them? The market decides who is best. Hannity is doing just fine.
