I don't see the big deal- it's not like most of his teammates wouldn't have done the same thing- maybe not Cheek, who seems like a genuinely nice person and very generous giving his bonus to charity. But skating is not a team sport, and these guys are here for themselves, not for their country.

Yeah...and that is the sad part about Olympics these days...they aren't there for their country...which is what it used to be about.....sigh

He was scheduled to team race....he decided at the last minute not to. He's a real prince.

The USA olympic team darn sure is representing this country!
