For the record, "Commander in Chief" wasn't killed by "American Idol;" that just delivered the death blow. CIC's ratings had gone into a free fall several weeks before the new season of "A.I." began. I kept up with it because I was concerned that all the free PR the MSM was giving it might hurt my favorite show, "House," which was opposite it. But PR can only make people sample a lousy show, not watch it week after week; and the good (okay, bad) Doctor House kicked the faux Hillary's butt the same way he does his hospital staff's.

I love to watch "House", but you couldn't get me into that hospital as long as I was conscious.

Had I known, I would have been forced to take poetic license. "House" doesn't quite cut it, metaphorically. ;)
