What will elect the next president is competence--and preferably proven talent --at fighting and winning the War on Terror.

And you refuse to give any reasonable and convincing reasons as to why Giuliani fits this description. He has done not one thing to show he'd be competent as POTUS, let alone lead in the war on terror.
Having a "global character", (whatever that means), may sound nifty but it won't sell in Dixie or the West. And outside of Greenwich Village and San Francisco, I doubt this will sway the masses -

If post-9/11 New York City is a microcosm of post-9/11 America, (and it is) then how can you say he hasn't demonstrated his competence to be POTUS during these perilous times?
