Be sure to tell all your friends to call to as the more requests from different subscribers they get the better chance you have. Oh, it also helps to have the City Mayor, all of the City Council members, and the County Commissioners be among those requesting.
Well .. we have a new mayor who may just be willing to support having this channel. SD is a military town and I'm sure it would be a big hit here.
