Technically citizens maybe, but how can a non-European person ever be a real citizen of Europe? Answer, they can't.

What do you mean? There is nothing Europe can do. There are over 50 million Muslims on Europe, many of them white. Do have any idea how nearly impossible it is to deport a hundred thousand Muslims, leave alone millions?
