You are correct about that, but it would take a great number of small attacks over a fairly long period of time, much like the nature of those in Iraq, to have any significant casualty effect, on that level.

The only problem with that is, the general public will eventually get tired of it and begin to fight back. This is why we have not been attacked here since 9/11.

Up to now, the terrorists are targeting innocent vulnerable people who they know, won't fight back or who may litteraly hunt them down like dogs.

The Terrorists really do not have any solid plan that will be able to penetrate our security. They are still too primitive and they stand out like a sore thumb

But looking over the photos of the Texas City disaster does not give me a good feeling. I look at the industrial accidents we have here and realize how easy it would be to "recreate" the accident.
