Excellent point. It is not about politics or parties, it's about the national security of our country. The Dems were on top of this issue. This is the one thing they have done right. Instead of a personal attack on Bush which I have hated, they are dealing with him on his poor decision making on this deal. Conservative, religious Repubs went after him over Meiers and other repubs attacked them as disloyal but they held true because they knew that Bush owed them a better nominee. Bush is not always right.
Don't bother, these people are no different than those we laughed and mocked who thought a cigar in a fat intern was no big deal. It is the same stupid mentality.
