He said multiple visits were necessary so detectives could build trust with the operators. It's a shame that our public servants have to put themselves through such hardship as a part of their duties.
I volunteer to help them in their endeavors.

Actually handies were legal. Oral was illegal. THAT is why they claimed they had to engage in "the act".
I don't see what the scandal was. According to X42, none of it was sex.

This really didn't make sense. A primary argument against legalizing prostitution is that prostitutes spread STDs. So deputies fight that by ... engaging in sex acts that might spread STDs?
