This should have been applied to all members of the ATF and FBI immediately following the Waco assault and massacre. Then the FBI should have been radically reorganized -- including removal of the entire top four layers of management. And the ATF should have been permanently disbanded.

Disbanded my foot, every stinking one of them should have been thrown in federal prison for abuses committed under color of law on innocent American citizens. Citizens whose only "crime" was believing that the 2nd Amendment to the US Constitution actually means what it says.
